Hi! I'm new to your channel! How often should I do a acv rinse to my hair? Can I go back to using shampoo? If so, when and how often?

Right now having supplements from a month after i found out i have severe iron deficiency,( ferritin -9) still having a lots of hair fall but definitely seeing regrowth but i think there is long way to go. I actually lost 60-70 percent of hair already 😭

For me in the other hand my hair went from straight to wavy/curly when my anemia is cured your video made me think does the iron related to hair texture 🤔

I was diagnosed with low iron about 3 years ago, smh now today I''m watching this video after cutting off all my hair last year thinking it was heat damage. Even after chopping it down really low I'm like why is my texture not going back to normal. And boom this explains it all !!

I wash my hair in the shower and have a small travel size squeeze bottle I pour a bit of apple cider vinegar in and mix with the shower water to fill up the bottle when I'm in the shower. Then apply all of it to wet scalp in shower and let it stay on for a few min before rinsing. It seems to get rid of the shampoo and conditioner better. Don't get it in your eyes! I like the unpasteurised apple cider vinegar 'with the mother' the best. You can use it all around the house to clean, I even add a bit of vinegar to my washing machine for clothes and towels.

ATTENTION TO NEW VIEWERS PLEASE READ THIS: Lack of iron isn't the only deficiency that can cause an issue like this to happen, in fact VITMAMIN D is another culprit for this issue ( dizzyness, fatigue, hair loss, even texture changes) . This video inspired me to get my blood checked because the SAME EXACT THING was happening to me and I assumed my iron had to be low as well however, It turned out my iron was fine and my vitamin D level was the only thing severely low at 13ng/ml. Deep conditioning masks, other haircare products never made it go back to normal. I even did a test and let my hair grow out a bit without any styling or manipulation and it grew out horribly wonky, limp, dry, curls getting looser, ETC. Just wanted to share this to ANYBODY that's struggling with this issue.

Surprise ending! I was thinking certain medications can cause this, but never thought about iron. Thank you for this! I have issues with iron and hemoglobin, as well as being frustrated by all this added length to my hair, but loss of curl and thickness.
